The #WSPA2024 pre-conference event will draw together leading researchers and evaluators of school-based physical activity programmes from across the globe. 

The day will begin with keynote presentations to challenge our thinking about evaluating the effectiveness and implementation of complex system-based whole-school approaches. Parallel sessions across the day will allow delegates to share work aligned to evaluating school-based physical activity programmes. 

A panel debate involving keynote speakers and invited guests will conclude the formal programme. The panel will address the emergent themes from across the day while taking further questions from the audience. Following the debate, delegates will be invited to continue their discussions with a drink and poster session prior to heading for dinner in a local restaurant.
